In 1910 Jean-Baptiste Moutet founded a small weaving mill in the town of Orthez, in the Béarn region, producing complex woven patterns on Jacquard looms. Today, the fifth generation continues Tissage Moutet's history, incorporating innovative designs as well as reviving old patterns. Their kitchen towels are 100% cotton, rich in color, pattern and design.
Le Paris-Brest refers to a pastry created in 1910 to commemorate the Paris-Brest bicycle race, it's circular shape representative of a wheel.
